Welcome to Lemon. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lemon-canada.com and all services we offer. Please read them carefully before you register. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by everything in this document. If you don't agree, don't use our services.
We know legal documents can be a slog, so we've tried to write this as clearly as possible. That said, this is a legally binding agreement, and the plain language doesn't reduce its legal effect.
Lemon is an online casino platform operating in Canada. We hold the necessary licences to offer real-money gaming to eligible Canadian residents. In Ontario, we operate under the framework established by iGaming Ontario (iGO) and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Players outside Ontario are subject to the laws of their respective province or territory.
You must meet all of the following conditions to open and use a Lemon account:
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you don't meet these requirements.
You can only hold one account with Lemon. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed. When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being permanently closed and any funds being forfeited.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Canadian law requires us to verify your identity before you can make withdrawals, and in some cases before you can deposit. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC). You'll need to provide a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. We may also ask for additional documentation depending on your activity on the platform.
Withdrawals will not be processed until your identity is fully verified. We aim to complete verification within 72 hours of receiving your documents, though it can take longer in some cases.
All transactions on Lemon are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier. We don't charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from our end, but your bank or payment provider might.
Withdrawals must be made using the same method you used to deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. We process withdrawal requests within the timeframes shown in our banking page, though delays can occasionally occur during verification or due to payment provider processing times.
We reserve the right to carry out additional checks before processing any withdrawal. This is for your protection as much as ours.
From time to time, Lemon offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play, collusion, or any other means we consider abusive will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. We make this determination at our sole discretion.
In Ontario, all bonus terms comply with the standards set by the AGCO's Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming.
All games on Lemon use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section. We are not responsible for any technical faults caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party software.
If a game malfunctions or displays an error, any bets placed during that malfunction are void. We'll refund the original stake in those cases. Winnings generated by a clear software error are not valid and will not be paid out.
Gambling is entertainment. It's not a way to make money, and it should never feel like a necessity. Lemon is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help you stay in control.
Through your account settings, you can set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods. You can also request a temporary break or permanently self-exclude from our platform. If you self-exclude, we will close your account and do our best to ensure you don't receive any marketing from us.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Everything on lemon-canada.com, including our logo, design, written content, and software, belongs to Lemon or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our written permission. Game content belongs to the respective game developers and is used under licence.
Lemon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside. If you have a dispute with us, please contact our support team first. We'll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. If we can't reach a resolution, disputes may be referred to the relevant regulatory body, including iGaming Ontario for Ontario residents.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the site. Continued use of Lemon after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree with a change, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
